The Sivananda Teachers' Training Course is a four week intensive residential program designed to prepare students to teach classical Hatha Yoga while deepening their personal practice and understanding of yoga as a way of life.

This 200 hour course follows a comprehensive curriculum that balances theory and practice, allowing students to develop confidence in teaching yoga asana and pranayama while gaining a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, anatomy, meditation, and devotional practices.

At the same time, the TTC offers a profound opportunity for inner transformation through disciplined living, daily practice, and immersion in the yogic lifestyle.

The Teachers' Training Course is suitable for sincere students who wish to deepen their understanding of yoga and for those who feel called to share yoga with others.

Basic knowledge of yoga postures and philosophy is helpful but not mandatory. A high level of self motivation, willingness to follow ashram discipline, and openness to yogic practices are essential.

Students stay at the Phu Chaisai Mountain Resort in Chiang Rai. Accommodation includes clean and comfortable rooms with modern amenities. Two nourishing vegetarian meals are served daily, prepared according to yogic dietary principles.
