13th Oct – 19th Oct 2025
Reconnect | Refresh | Re-energize | Relax
Let’s celebrate the TTC with a global reunion
at Sivananda Thailand in Chiangrai, north of Thailand
set into true natural rhythm and environment.
This TTC Refresher course is open to all graduates of the SYVC Yoga TTC.
Reconnect
It is an opportunity to reconnect to the classical teachings of Yoga and Vedanta, to the teachers and to fellow batch mates.
It will inspire you in your personal practice of asana and pranayama, motivate you to a healthier yogic lifestyle again, encourage you to actually start teaching or to improve your teaching skills.
Reconnect with your fellow teachers to revisit the energizing experience of a Yogic lifestyle of simple living and high thinking. Refresh your practice of proper exercise , proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet, positive thinking and meditation.
Take the opportunity to:
- Revise and increase your practical and theoretical knowledge and your Hatha Yoga teaching skills.
- Re-connect with the profound essence of the classical Yogic practices and the wisdom of the scriptures.
- Become inspired and motivated again by re-visiting the positive, dynamic and peaceful teachings of Master and Swamiji.
- Refresh & re-energise Koshas and Sariras by diving back into your own Yoga Sadhana.
- Boost your inner well-being in the peace of the ashram and silent walks in nature.
- Open the heart and find joy again with Satsang and kirtan.
Have fun, reuniting with your batch mates and teachers, remembering that life changing TTC experience, the sharing, the ups and downs. And share how it has helped in your life. Share your experiences of teaching in the world.
